I am trying to find a sublease for my bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment at Campus Suites for Spring Semester '10 and Summer '10. Possibly 2 bedrooms will be available. Rent is $445 and that includes all utilities except electricity which varies depending on how much you use. Usually about $40 per month. The apartment is fully furnished with couches and a TV. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk and you have your own bathroom in your room. Great deal! Let me know if you are interested.
