I´m a female graduate student living in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment and am looking for a female roommate for the spring semester only (late December or early January until end of July). My current roommate is graduating in December her room will be free in spring. I lived in the same apartment last year so it's already furnished - except for the bedroom. (Bed and dresser can be rented from apartment complex). The location is great, about 7min walk from PMU and the apartment is on the 4th floor facing the parking lot so it's relatively quiet. I live in the larger bedroom with the attached half bath. The other room is free and would come with the full bath mostly to yourself, I shower at the gym most of the time. The rent for the whole apartment is 825$, since I have the bigger bedroom your share would be 400$ plus half of all utilities. Internet is included but electricity, water, TV and sewage have to be paid. I´d say it´s about 50-60$ per person, could be a little higher in the coldest months due to more heating costs. The apartment complex is River Market (http://www.therivermarketapts-shoppes.com) and has AC, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave in every apartment as well as laundry facilities on the same floor and a small fitness center.
I'm usually relatively busy with school during the week but like to do things on weekends. I'm looking for a roommate that would be up for some fun things from time to time, hopefully not only someone to share the rent with. I prefer no smoking and no pets please.
