I'm looking for someone to take over my 12-month lease starting 08/01/2026 for a 2BR/ 1 BA apartment in downtown Lafayette. There will be a possibility to renew the lease for the next year/ years.
I will pay a lease signing incentive of $3000 to the person who signs the lease with the management company (SmartDigs). The monthly rent is $1285. With the lease signing incentive applied, your rent will be $1035. I will need to see a copy of your signed lease and will ask the management company for confirmation.

- Bus 41 (runs to Purdue) stops a block away. It takes no more than 10 minutes to get to Purdue Memorial Union.

- Within a 10-minute walk from Wabash trails
- A few minutes away from coffee shops and restaurants on Main Street.
-Walgreens is within a walking distance.
Tenant pays electric only. All other utilities are covered by the landlord.
The building is modern and is extremely well-managed. The residents tend to be young professionals, families, Purdue grad students and employees, and a few undergrads with mature attitude. The building is very quiet.
It's an excellent apartment. I signed the lease extension before I realized that due to changes in family circumstances I will need a larger place. Please understand that the landlord will run the background check before you can sign the lease.
