1-bedroom bungalow available as of 11/9/25 due to an out-of-state move for a new job. Move-in date is negotiable. Apartment will be CLEAN (like, for real!) and move-in ready.
The unit is a "mother-in-law suite" that was added on to a house. It is similar to a duplex in that it is completely separate from the house but shares a wall. It is roughly 650 square feet and features a private yard, private entry, and one-stall garage for private use. It has a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a small bedroom with ample closet space, large kitchen, and a mudroom with washer & dryer (new as of December 2022, only ever used by me). Window A/C/heat combo in bedroom for coolness in the summer and extra heat in the winter. The bathroom is quirky: the sink and medicine cabinet are in the kitchen, but you get used to it quick. Ideal for 1 person with a pet or two.
I have lived here for 3 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. Maintenance is quick, and the landlord team is great. I have made a couple of furniture upgrades to the kitchen that I would be happy to leave behind for the next tenant, including extra cabinets and a microwave.
Rent is $1150. Tenant is responsible for utilities. It is internet ready (Xfinity). Lease is pet-friendly (extra fees apply). There are some breed restrictions. Renters insurance required.
1 year lease is expected. 600 credit score minimum; income should be 3x rent; background check will be required, no evictions or felonies. You will work directly with the leasing company (CNC Leasing) on the lease, application, etc. I just need to find an interested and qualified tenant to send their way.
