I understand that renting a room in a house means sharing space and responsibilities, but I also respect personal boundaries and other people’s privacy.
I have two sons and I’m fortunate to have great relationships with both of them. They are grown and live on their own together. My oldest is very successful in his job and will be graduating college later this year with a degree in business. My youngest graduated high school a year early. Is doing some college courses to knock out Prereqs He ba I’m very proud of both of them.
I do have an eviction that is a little over a year old. A friend and I had rented an apartment together after we both went through separations/divorces. I put the apartment in my name because his credit wasn’t the best. A week after signing the lease—on the day before we were supposed to move in—he and his wife decided to try to work things out. That left me responsible for everything. I was happy for him, but it made things extremely difficult for me financially. Even so, I managed to keep up with the rent from March to December and could have continued.
I had spoken with the property manager and told her I would be late that month but would have the payment by the 18th. She agreed and said it would be fine, but she turned in the eviction anyway. I still have the emails to prove that if you’d like to see them.
I just wanted to tell you a little about myself. I hope someone sees this and is looking to rent out a bedroom. I added couple pictures of myself so you know who your talking to. Also I am a Christian I have moral and ethical code , never had any legal troubles just normal guy looking for place to rent. Thanks for your time...
