We’re hiring experienced local flatbed drivers within a 50‑mile radius of Lafayette, IN or Monticello, IN for a steady, repeat route with great pay and home time.
THE RUN
Local round‑trip lane: Lafayette, IN ⇄ Monticello, IN
Live load in Lafayette → drop & hook in Monticello → return
50‑mile round trip
2–3 trips per day
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday (occasional weekend work)
Avg 50 hours/week
Shifts available:
1st: 6AM–6PM (some Saturdays) - 4 spots left
2nd: 12PM–8PM (some Saturdays) - 1 spot left
PAY
1st Shift: $25/hr (OT $37.50)
2nd Shift: $27/hr (OT $40.50)
Time & a half after 40 hours
Average annual pay: $80,000+
BONUSES
$500 Transition Bonus (paid on 2nd paycheck)
HOME TIME
Home every weekend
May be home some nights depending on location
EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT
2016–2023 Kenworth trucks
Double drop trailers
Gensets, radiators, doghouses
Trucks governed at 65 MPH
On‑site parking
Not slip seat (subject to change)
REQUIREMENTS
1 year driving experience
6 months verified flatbed in last 3 years
6 months securement experience (chains & binders)
No pets or passengers
Orientation held in Atlanta
